Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly. By accessing and browsing Grace Countertops website for requesting estimates and quotes and/or confirming the order, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

SELECTIONS: 

Before receiving an estimate, it is recommended that the customer narrow down options based on color and design of the countertop that may affect their final decision. All details must be confirmed, including but not limited to product, color, edge style, sink option and backsplash option.

ESTIMATES: 

Estimates are based on the drawing provided by either the customer or the contractor. Prices are subject to change based on our measurements, which will be considered as the final measurements.

MEASUREMENTS: 

Customers must be on-site at the time of the measurements to confirm all information in writing. All cabinets receiving countertops must be installed, set, level and properly secured to the wall and/or floor so that team can take final measurements.

REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL: 

Old countertop and backsplash tear-out and disposal services are available at an extra service charge. Customers must let the team know beforehand if they want to avail this service. 

FABRICATION: 

Fabrication will not begin until customer deposits the 50% of the total installation amount. Rest of the 50% amount to be paid once installation is completed. Also, all information must be confirmed in writing with the customer, including but not limited to layout confirmation, sink information, all cut-out information, edge profiles. There is a 24 hours of grace period between final template and fabrication that allows for any changes in the confirmed details without having to reschedule your installation date.

INSTALLATION: 

Installation dates are scheduled within 5-6 business days after the confirmation of your order. The customer must be on-site at the time of installation and available to make the pending payment to the installers at work. Plumbing is not included in the countertop installation cost. If plumbing is needed, customers should discuss beforehand.  All faucets and other accessories requiring a hole to be drilled into the countertop that will be done on-site at the time of installation. Our installation crew will attach an under-mount sink to the countertop but not responsible for sink plumbing or connecting cooktop stove. 

WARRANTY:

1. Grace Countertops does not cover warranty issues related to dissatisfaction with quartz color after the installation is done or services that have not been paid for.
2. Proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service, and cooperation is expected during the inspection phase.
3. Stains resulting from inadequate daily maintenance or the use of harsh chemicals for cleaning are not covered under the warranty policy.
4. Our warranty does not cover chips, cracks, and scratches caused by heavy impact, as our material is not scratch-proof but only unsusceptible to scratches.
5. Any damage caused by renovating or plumbing-related activities does not fall under warranty coverages by Grace countertops.
6. The change in color and design of our slabs is not covered as quartz is a manmade material that can have different patterns.
7. Our warranty does not cover damages caused while loading or unloading slabs by the fabricator.
